SELECTIO, together with our international consortium partners, is looking for various labour market experts for implementation of technical assistance projects in Croatia, funded by European Commission, in the area of labour market development through integrating youth into the labour market. Our consortium consists of distinguished international consulting companies, with extensive global and local experience in development projects, especially in the area of labour market development.

Project purpose:
To promote and foster employment of youth at the regional level (following partnership approach) through development and implementation active labour market policy.

Human resources development and Labour market expert - Expert 1 (m/f)

Duration and location:

• At least 190 working days over 18 months
• Experts will be located in Zagreb with extensive travelling throughout Croatia
• Planned project start: January 2010.

Qualifications and skills:

• university degree
• fluency in both written and spoken English
• computer literacy.

General professional experience:

• preferably 10 years of professional experience in the field of Human resources development, but a minimum of 7 years required
• experience in the field of  labour market.

Specific professional experience:

• experience in the designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation  of active labour market policy measures in the field of youth employment
• experience in preparation and provision of training programmes
• experience in implementation of ESF funded project(s).

Labour market/Capacity building expert - Expert 2 (m/f)

Duration and location:

• at least 100 working days over 18 months
• Planned project start: January 2010
• Expert will be located in Zagreb with extensive travelling throughout Croatia.

Qualifications and skills:

• university degree
• fluency in both written and spoken English
• computer literacy

General professional experience:

• preferably 10 years of professional experience in the field of youth employment, but a minimum of 7 years required;
• experience in capacity building activities.

Specific professional experience:

• experience in training needs analysis;
• experience in preparation and provision of training programmes;
• experience in developing and implementing models  for job mediation services;
• experience in implementation of ESF funded project(s).
