Preferably with background in the financial industry

Service or Project Manager is skilled in service/program/project management and has intensive and proven expertise in various initiatives preferably in a financial industry environment as a service, program or project manager; leadership capabilities and good client relationship management assumed.

Core Banking System Expert has a strong expertise in specifying or designing business and/or functional requirements, performing gap analysis, testing, training and similar activities during system implementation and has worked in a financial industry organization or in consultancy companies with projects in that field.

IT Architect has a conceptual and architectural expertise in designing and implementing software solutions; excellent knowledge of the state-of-the-art technologies (SOA, J2EE, UML, etc) required. Main tasks include the assessment of existing IT architectures, the development of future enterprise architectures, the definition of technical requirements for future software solutions, as well as the coaching of technical stream members.

IT Expert has successfully been involved in IT implementation projects, being a part of or responsible for project stream like data migration, change requests development or system integration testing. Knowledge of Oracle Applications is an asset. Main tasks include implementation and configuration of standard modules, the development of future functionalities, conducting data migration as well as the coaching of technical stream members.

All positions require:

• University degree (preferably Business Administration; IT/Computer Science)
• At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent skills in Business English & Croatian, German skills are an asset
• Strong analytical skills and business/technical skills
• An open minded personality with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the SEE-Region
