You will be responsible in establishing and developing mobile network business in Croatia market.

You will be responsible for the technical sales activities in area of GSM/ UMTS/ LTE.

Responsibilities:
- Seek out, identify, develop and close mobile network business opportunities within Croatia market. Collect and analyze the mobile market.

- Technical sale activities including but not limited to:
- Presenting Huawei’s GSM/UMTS/LTE Marketing and technical Solution
- Sales Project Management
- Bidding and project negotiation
- Build up the enhance customer relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics
- Over 3 years direct telecommunications and carrier network experience with a proven track record in an international telecom equipment company
- A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic carrier accounts
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking
- Must welcome challenges
- Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in both English and Croatian

Qualifications:
- Good knowledge in the fields of Mobile Network, GSM/UMTS/LTE
- Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to design the desired solution.
- At least 3 years of technical pre-sales or pro-sales working experience with the incumbents in Europe/ Croatia
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships
- Successful experience of managing sale projects and winning project
