On Friday 14 and Saturday 15 May 2010, the EBRD will hold its Annual Meeting and Business Forum in Zagreb (Croatia) and is therefore in a need of a number of enthusiastic candidates to support the Annual Meeting.

Participation in this event is a great opportunity for students looking for a possibility to gain relevant international experience in addition to stimulating compensation package.

Job Description:

This role requires a high level of flexibility. General Assistants will be required to work within the venues for different areas of the Annual Meeting (EBRD publications, Official documents, transports, networking area, press, design, language service, Civil Society organisations, logistics, panellist support etc.). They will be delivering documents, taking messages, photocopying, escorting visitors, and generally assisting EBRD Bank staff when and where required.

Personal qualities:

General Assistants should be well presented, confident, poised and possess good level of English both spoken and written. They should be flexible, prepared to work long hours and possess a cheerful disposition.

Skills:

  • Good level of spoken English;
  • Ability to multi-task i.e. work on more than one job at once.

Dates/Hours of work:

The estimated period of work is from Monday 10 to Sunday 16 May 2010, from approximately 08:00 to approximately 20:00.
