You will be mainly responsible for terminal planning and market exploration for Accounts in Croatia. Your key performance will be assessed in terms of product planning solution, market breakthrough and sales.

Responsibilities:
- To conduct terminal competition analysis and market research, formulate the product strategies and market planning. Coordinate account managers working for Croatia and ensure to carry out the right product strategy.
- Responsible for terminal portfolio planning for Croatia. To come up with product planning suggestions through customer requirements acquisition and analysis.
- In charge of terminal sell in, sell through and sell out in Croatia and responsible for the fulfillment of sales target.
- To establish and maintain good relationship with Croatian Operators and responsible for terminal business negotiation
- To participate in project initiation and analysis, tender documents formulation and clarification, technology negotiation and alike, to ensure the successful project operation of product in charge.
- To participate in regional grand integrated marketing activities; to be responsible for product presentation, technology guidance, technology questions-corresponding and other technology supporting work

Requirements

- Have 2-year and above related experience in terminal planning and sales field in Croatia
- Have sound knowledge of terminal planning, terminal portfolio and market research including tariff, competitor, consumer tastes analysis and so on
- Familiar with terminal RFP, RFQ, RFI process
- Must be self motivated and capable of working under great pressure
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Croatian
- Willing to travel in Europe
