BRAND MANAGER

ROLE

Brand manager will be responsible for marketing activities in CEE SW region. Main focus will be put into the development of premium awareness and positioning of Julius Meinl brand in Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro. He/she will focus brand communication on BTL and PR activities in gastronomy segment. High frequency of travelling through the region requested.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active involvement with local sales team in expanding premium segment customers portfolio by tailoring proposal and events
• Development, realization and control of customer and consumer oriented BTL and PR programs in gastronomy for all brands in our portfolio
• Implementation of JM brand standards and consistent visual brand appearance across the region
• Implementation of global, regional and local brand projects in the region and development
• Quantitative, qualitative and financial evaluation of realized activities
• Identify customer, consumer and competitive trends in Ho.re.Ca segment in the region

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCE

• University diploma as additional value
• Approximately 2 years of marketing experience, ideally at consumer goods for gastronomy
• Sales experience as additional value
• Self-confident, creative and hands-on person
• Analytical competencies
• Strong project management skills and ability to set priorities
• Driving for results  and striving to achieve the defined targets more efficiently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Valid driving license
