Key Account Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- build up and maintain close relationship with key customers
- collect and analyze market information
- plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
- continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined client/sector
- build up an effective sales team and share leads & information with internal technical and delivery teams

Uvjeti

Requirements:
- bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ working experience within the telecom field, with at least 2 years' sales experience
- strong profile in local telecom account management preferred
- excellent net worker, experienced in working with top management of targeted customers, including its HQ and the affiliates in the region/country and good understanding of the local telecom industry
- excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
- action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent
- proficient in Croatian and English language
