Opis posla

Under general supervision of the Communication Officer, provides daily support in the office and assists in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of advocacy and communication strategy to promote children’s rights and to facilitate fund raising.

The incumbent will cover the following duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing the communication plan
- Assist in the production of on line content
- Oversee timely dissemination of information and communication materials to target audience on line
- Assist in preparing background information, communication and other promotional and advocacy materials, including photographs and audio-visual videos materials
- Coordinate logistic and administrative arrangements for special events
- Maintain and update documentation centre for publications

Uvjeti

- University education (preferably social sciences)
- Two years of experience in communications, marketing, fundraising, development or project management
- Ability to research, analyze, evaluate and synthesize information
- Excellent command of English and Croatian, written and spoken
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, experience in working with CMS is an advantage
- Experience of work in an international setting is an advantage
- Knowledge of rights-based programming is an asset
