On Friday 14 and Saturday 15 May 2010, the EBRD will hold its Annual Meeting and Business Forum in Zagreb (Croatia) and is therefore in a need of a number of enthusiastic candidates to support the Annual Meeting.

Job Description and Duties:

Porters will be required to assist in the movement of documents and goods within and between venues. This may involve carrying and moving heavy items (trolleys will be provided). Porters will work closely with their supervisor.

Duties include:

• Distribution of goods in and around venues;
• Unpacking and re-packing pallets in the warehouse;
• General labouring duties

Personal Qualities:

Candidates should be confident and possess good communication skills and a cheerful disposition. They should be flexible, prepared to work long hours.

Dates/Hours of work:

The estimated period of work is from Sunday 09 to Monday 17 May 2010 from approximately 08:00 to approximately 20:00.

Candidates should be prepared to work a simple shift system to maintain adequate cover at all times. This role is particularly suitable for students.
