On Friday 14 and Saturday 15 May 2010, the EBRD will hold its Annual Meeting and Business Forum in Zagreb (Croatia) and is therefore in a need of a number of enthusiastic candidates to support the Annual Meeting.
Participation in this event is a great opportunity for students looking for a possibility to gain relevant international experience in addition to stimulating compensation package.

Job Description and Duties:
"Information desks" is a crucial point of contact for business guests. They are required to be extremely calm and polite, with a ready smile and willing to help in any way. At times they will also be required to move around within the Business Forum area to give directions and help guests find their way around the venue, especially guests who have pre-booked meeting rooms.
“Directional Staff” will work mainly outside the event rooms, at registration and in the Business Forum and networking areas to assist business guest and to ease the people flow throughout the buildings. Prior experience of the venues is a distinct advantage.

Information Desk Assistants should be extremely well presented, confident, poised and possesses good communication skills. They should be flexible, prepared to work long hours under periods of sustained pressure and possess a cheerful disposition.
