You will be responsible in establishing and developing mobile network business in Croatia market. You will be responsible for the technical sales activities in area of GSM/ UMTS/LTE.

The main working responsibility is focused on:
- Site Integration
Ensuring that sites are integrated as per individual targets and site lead times
Working with the regions and transmission delivery to schedule integration work
Obtaining basic parameters from radio planning to enable site integration
Integrating Node Bs in the field, and ensuring that basic tests are passed
- RAN Technical Support
- Designing and configuring the RNC/BSC and RNC/BSC Interfaces (Iu, Iub, Iur, A-bis, etc.)
- Integrating NodeBs/BTS in the field, as needed (i.e. acting as Integration Engineers)
- Monitoring the Performance of the network hardware and software
- Solving RAN technical issues, working with radio planning as needed
- Site Specifications and QA
- Setting and agreeing site design standards, ensuring safety reqs are satisfied
- Working with all site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure their implementation
- Logistics
- Ensuring the rollout team & subcontractors have the required materials when needed
- Site Supervisor
- Delivering number of sites as per individual targets and site lead times
- Following all site design and construction guidelines and procedures
- The successful completion of Technical Site Surveys
- Ensuring the accurate reporting of all milestones
- Ensuring the subcontractors deliver as per agreed targets and accepting work
- Solving issues and working with other team members as needed

Uvjeti

- At least 1 year working experience in Wireless field
- Have good knowledge of WCDMA/GSM theory
- Be familiar with local telecom project implementation standards and criterion
- Femto experience is preferable
- Good written and oral language skills both in English and Croatian and good interpersonal skills
