Corporate attorney (m/f)

The successful candidate will report directly to top management and will interact with many departments throughout the company.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law
• Bar exam
• Minimum three years of legal work experience
• Analytical and monitoring experience would be an asset, as well as experience within different areas of law such as: electronic communication, market competition, corporations, customer protection, copyright, labour and obligatory relations
• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Fully competent with Microsoft Office

Main responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and advice on various legal issues concerning business activities
• Anticipate and protect the company against potential legal risks
• Represent the company or its officials in various legal proceedings
• Prepare legal pleas, motions, research, actions, etc
• Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents
• Write and administer complex and legally admissible vendor, client and employee contracts
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
• Concise and analytical thinking
• Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to focus on a variety of tasks within a deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and commitment
• Team player, resourceful and flexible
