Preferably with background in the financial industry

CRM Expert has a strong experience in CRM implementation projects, skilled in specificaying and designing CRM solution. Ideally this person already worked with more than one of top CRM products, preferably in financial industry.

Core Banking System Expert has a strong expertise in specifying or designing business and/or functional requirements, performing gap analysis, testing, training and similar activities during system implementation and has worked in a financial industry organization or in consultancy companies with projects in that field.

Banking Business Experts / Business Analysts has a strong business/market expertise and has worked in a financial industry organization or in consultancy companies with projects in that field; main tasks are the analysis of business processes, the definition of business related requirements for software packages as well as the development of end-user training concepts.

Project Leader is skilled in program/project management and has intensive and proven expertise in various initiatives in a financial industry environment as a program or project manager; leadership capabilities and good client relationship management assumed.

All positions require:

• University degree (preferably Business Administration; IT/Computer Science)
• At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent skills in Business English & Croatian, German skills are an asset
• Strong analytical skills and business/technical skills
• An open minded personality with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the SEE-Region
