TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

The Opportunity
As a Territory Sales Representative (TSR) you will plan, develop and implement sales activities in a defined territory at the point of sales in Zagreb.
TSR is accountable for territory business results. You will be visiting customers on a daily basis, negotiating partnership agreements, whilst establishing long term business relations with your customers, in which you will be functioning as a consultative business partner.
You will update the database for all point of sales and draw up detailed reports within the given deadlines.
You will stay informed on market development and identify new initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to get to know the core of our business and we are looking for an applicant with the ambition to progress and grow within the company.

Qualifications

You have a University Degree, preferable in economics/marketing with a minimum of a Bachelors degree;
You have minimum 1 year of successful field experience as a merchandiser or sales representative in FMCG industry;
You have a good working knowledge of English Language;
You have strong computer skills, including MS Office;
You are in the possession of a valid driving license for minimum of 2 years with a clean record.

You have a creative business mind that is action oriented and constantly strives for results. You are flexible and motivated, customer focused, you are results oriented and you know how to set priorities and solve problems. You have a track record in negotiation, planning and organizing. You can manage and measure your work and have excellent interpersonal skills. We believe you have the ability to conform to commercial principles as well as be creative and present new ideas. You can easily draw conclusions from numeric data and work hard to achieve goals.
