Hotel Manager (m/f)

 

Job description:

He/She will be responsible for the marketing, sales, operation as well as for the qualitative and quantitative results of the Hotel.

Areas of responsibility will include

• Sales and marketing
• Guests’ satisfaction 
•  Hygiene and safety at work
• Human resources
• Operations area
• Economic results area

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience a minimum of 10+ years of experience in this field, with the last 5 years on a managerial level as Hotel manager, preferably in Beach Resort with its own Sales department.
• Capacity for leadership, communication and strong capabilities to coordinate team work.
• To be used with the work with marked objectives, both quantitative and qualitative.
• To be convinced as for assuming the requirements that implicates his position (dedication, responsibility, business organization).
• Attitude of service addressed to the full clients' satisfaction and to anticipate to their necessities.
• Synthesis capacity, planning and organisation to short, medium and long term.
•  Languages:
• Croatian - written and spoken
• English  - written and spoken
• German - knowledge an advantage
