The following vacancy in the Zagreb head office is to be filled with a pro-active personality:

Distributor Ethics & Compliance Coordinator (m/f) – Zagreb (m/f)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • On a daily basis maintaining communications, correspondence, files, policies, procedures, reports and disseminating of information to and from the Manager and the representative levels
  • Positively resolving Dual Distributorship, Ethical, Advertising, Transfer & Compliance requests and issues within the South East European Region
  • Assisting with all Ethics and Compliance related matters as directed
  • Managing all necessary correspondence and follow-up in a timely and effective manner
  • Meeting all file and due-diligence requirements from initiation to closure of all ethics and compliance related issues and requests and comprehensively reporting  all such issues within South East Europe
  • Assisting the Distributor Policy Administration section with the roll-out and updating of Rules and Advisories as required
  • Following-up all personally handled DEC issues and requests to ensure that all are opened, researched, processed and submitted for determination in a timely fashion in accordance with policies and procedure

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level, equivalent or vocational qualification
  • 6 years working experience in multinational consumer goods companies
  • Investigative skills
  • Excellent Internet skills
  • Strong logic and problem solving skills with an ability to innovate
  • Strong quality, results and detail orientation
  • Good verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate at most levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to support progressive change
  • Ability to maintain sensitive, confidential and privileged information
  • Ability to meet and maintain deadlines and prepare all manner of correspondence and reports at all stages of investigation or file management
  • Fluency in Croatian and English
  • Excellent PC skills including Word and Excel; Access a significant advantage
  • Ability to assimilate new software skills quickly
  • Professional and courteous
