We are currently looking for an employee to be hired on definite term contract, at the following job position in Zagreb:

AUTHORIZATIONS ANALYST (m/f)

in Risk Management Division

Your key responsibilities and challenges at this position will be:

• Provide data analysis,
• Create reports and relevant visualization,
• Develop documentation of authorizations processes,
• Develop documentation of technical processes in Credit card management system,
• Creative usage of scoring models in Limit management and Credit card life cycle.

And preferred qualifications are:

• 1 or more years of experience in business process documentation,
• General knowledge of credit card business,
• University degree in technical, computer science, economics or related area,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
• Highly analytical thinking with attentions to details,
• Developed communication and presentation skills,
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Slovenian language is an advantage.
