We are currently looking for an employee to be hired on definite term contract, at the following position in Zagreb:

QUANTITATIVE ANALYST (m/f)

in Risk Management Division

Your key responsibilities and challenges at this position will be:

  • Develop, validate and maintain Retail Credit Risk predictive models/scorecards (application models, behavioral models, collection models, fraud scorecards, cross selling and up selling models) and provide analytical solutions,
  • Perform statistical data analysis, data mining in general, data exploring and relevant visualization,
  • Develop and implement data quality assessment procedure,
  • Provide data analysis support to other risk areas of the company,
  • Perform operational risk data collection, analysis and capital calculations.

And preferred qualifications are:

  • 1 or more years of relevant experience,
  • University degree in mathematics, computer science, economics or related area,
  • Knowledge of SAS or similar statistical package,
  • Active knowledge of SQL data management,
  • Developed programming skills and knowledge of dealing with large datasets in Databases,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
  • Highly analytical thinking with attentions to details,
  • Developed communication and presentation skills,
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
