We are currently looking for an employee to be hired on indefinite term contract, at the following job position in Zagreb:

FRAUD ANALYST (m/f)

in Risk Management Division

Your key responsibilities and challenges at this position will be:

• Assist in design, implementation and maintenance of existing and new fraud detection tools,
• Develop and implement fraud strategies and policies,
• Identify control improvements and offer fraud control recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends,
• Participate in the process of monitoring of card industry regulations.

And preferred qualifications are:

• 1 or more years of relevant experience,
• University degree in statistics, mathematics or related area,
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL language and SAS,
• Excellent analytical skills,
• Demonstrated problem solving and solution focused ability,
• High level of responsibility, creativity, innovation and initiative, with good time management skills,
• Developed communications skills with the ability to package ideas and results in a logical, understandable way,
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),
• Knowledge of card payment security trends and standards is an advantage.
