We are looking for candidate who will join our Human Resources Team in the position of:

Recruitment Specialist (m/f)
- 1 position available

Main responsibilities

• Organization and participation in external and internal recruitment process to support the current and future business needs
• Selection of candidates
• Ensuring all the activities related to recruitment process are aligned with company recruitment principles
• Coordination of internal transfer/promotion activities between employees, current and future line managers
• Cooperation with external headhunting and employment agencies
• Organization of the events related to company employer branding
• Monitoring of recruitment KPIs
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR policies and tools 

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar jobs
• Knowledge of local employment practices
• Knowledge of local labour legislation and regulations 
• Experience in an international company is an advantage
• People oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
• Service orientation and good organization skills
• Fluency  in English (spoken  and written)
