Our client is AlphaChrom d.o.o., authorized distributor of Agilent Technologies, the world's premier measurement company that offers the broadest range of innovative measurement solutions in the industry.

Due to outstanding business results for 2011 and exceptional growth of install based instruments we are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team on the following positions:

Sales manager (Direktor prodaje) and Sales Advisor (Prodajni savjetnik)

 

Sales manager (Direktor prodaje):

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage AlphaChrom sales team; including team development, territory assignments, educations, promotions and evaluations.
  • Direct communication with VIP clients and development of KAM.
  • Reaching sales targets of the whole sales team by being responsible for product lines, local budgets and the budgets of principal, if needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutions (private and public ones).
  • Managing assigned product line(s).
  • Develop and manage training programs to ensure Sales Advisors are competent, trained and updated to Agilent portfolio.
  • Work closely with service department to ensure appropriate follow up of sales and customer satisfaction. I. e. deliver the full package (sales and post-sales services) to the customer.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolve conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues,
  • Work with complete staff and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
  • Develop a functional reporting system at all levels – internal and external.
  • Direct reporting to General Manager.

Qualification:

  • University degree in Chemistry or chemical background.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience and/or 5 years of experience in laboratory sales.
  • Experience in Chromatography is an advantage.
  • Motivated and self-directed sales professional that can operate within proper guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills.
  • Strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional conduct is required.
  • Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills, along with the ability to mentor individuals and the sales team to those same disciplines.
  • Effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports.

 

Sales advisor (prodajni savjetnik):

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales results of assigned product line.
  • Ability to transfer product knowledge to the customer.
  • Developing strong social skills and long term quality relationships with customers.
  • Continually developing an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflecting this in everyday performance.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting trough CRM and other reporting tools.
  • Directly reports to sales director.

Qualification:

  • University degree with chemical background.
  • Active working experience on chromatographic instruments.
  • Goal orientated team player.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High chromatography software knowledge.
  • Driving license.
  • Active usage of the English language in writing and speaking
