Associate IS Analyst Customer Services (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

The Opportunity

As an Associate IS Analyst Customer Services you will provide first-line Information technology portfolio support in Philip Morris Zagreb d.o.o. according to the business needs for technical issues, reporting requests and infrastructure modifications following PMI IT standards in the most cost-effective manner and in line with overall PMI strategies and best business practices. You will maintain, administrate and support existing technology infrastructure portfolio in order to provide quality first level support to employees depending on business needs or requests. You will also perform basic training for new employees in order to introduce company systems.

You will participate in the identification, evaluation, selection and testing of new technology (i.e. software, hardware), and in the process of planning the introduction of new technology.

Qualifications

• You have a University Degree in Computer Science or Technical High School;
• You possess base technical / business training completed with the appropriate computer’s training;
• You have 2 to 5 years of working experience in IS, and 1 to 3 years in IT projects and support in an information systems department with solid knowledge of fundamentals of key concepts of IS/IT area;
• You have proven ability and knowledge in technology area and capacity to develop work plan and understanding of  complex infrastructure and system components;
• You are proficient in English Language.
