Planning & Customer Service Lead (m/f) - Zagreb

Location: Zagreb

Area of Responsibility: Adriatic region: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro

Education: University degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in job/projects related to supply chain

Competencies:

• Good understanding of supply chain process
• Good understanding of Logistic/Distribution and Import/Export process

Foreign languages:

• English – fluent

Computer skills:

• Advanced user, very good knowledge in MS Office
• Understanding of SAP is an advantage

Other skills:

• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Results oriented

Scope of the job:

• Co-ordinates operational activities around the delivery process. Execute customer order handling and providing general support to Commercial organization Serbia and backup for Croatia and Slovenia
• Coordinates the Operations processes, coming to a volume plan per product
• Customer claim management
• Co-ordinate customs related activities (export / import)
• Ensure all needed documentation to be provided to customers for custom clearance
• Building a dynamic and motivated team
