Market Development Manager Pharmaceuticals – Croatia & Slovenia

As a Market Development Manager focused on our prestigious imaging products i.e. contrast media (CM), Injectors and Nuclear Medicine products , you will manage the distributors’ network and work closely with doctors, nurses, Cath Lab personnel, pharmacists and other key decision makers. You will be in charge of implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies, line development, sales forecasting and promotion of certain products lines inCroatia and Slovenia.

Principle accountabilities:

• Active participation in budgeting process, rolling forecast and conducting product and market analysis in the territory
• Developing and managing the implementation of marketing activities related to CM – Contrast media devices, Nuclear Medicine products, including the development of marketing strategies, advertising, promotion and sales objectives.
• Building and managing customer relations at all levels (distributor network and doctors) to become an expert advisor to healthcare professionals
• Planning and executing launches of new products as well as development and implementation of product training for distributors and end-users

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably for contrast mediaand radiology
• Distribution management would be a plus
• Well developed knowledge of the healthcare market
• A degree-level education (or equivalent) in a scientific (preferably medical) discipline: eg. pharmacy, nursing, biology, physiotherapy
• Croatian and English language skills to business standard.
• Willingness to travel
