Accountant (m/f), Zagreb

Danish retail chain is looking for a competent, enthusiastic and business-oriented Accountant with potential to maintain the business. We already have stores in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia.

We are looking for a replacement during maternity leave within our Accountant department.

Reporting to the Financial Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Your primary areas of responsibility:

• General accounting
• Participate in various other tasks within the Financial Department
• Participate in monthly/yearly closing
• Participate in monthly/yearly audit

What do we expect from you?

• Min. 5 years experience from a similar position
• Familiar with Microsoft Office – SAP knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
• Structured, responsible and flexible with a service minded approach
• Good communication skills – basic English knowledge is requirement, knowledge of Slovenian language is advantage
