Company in Croatia exists since 1995 and is a Headquarter for the region of Croatia, BiH, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania.

Opis posla

- financing the Company and of all Business Activities according to Group Policies
- credit- Receivables- and Collection Management
- liquidity and Netting Management according to group instructions
- coordination of Budgeting, Mid Term Planning
- forecasting and Target Setting Process and Resources Management according to Corporate policies
- monitoring of Budget, Goals and Operating Cost
- group Reporting via SAP / BW and other Reporting Tools
- local reporting for sales, P&L, Balance sheet (local MIS Dashboard)
- year end closing according to Group instructions
- co-develop business plans and assist in financial market analysis, acquisitions and investments
- coordination of Audit and communication with Audit team
- coordination of legal, tax and insurance issues
- supervising, control and improving Logistic processes
- setting up of performance oriented IT-processes and structures according to group policies
- implementation of modern Information and Communication Technology
- other

Uvjeti

- university of Applied Sciences (Finance), University of Business Economics
- chartered Accountant (valid registration)
- english fluent in speaking and writing, German is a plus
- proven experience with International Accounting and Reporting
- good working up-to-date knowledge about IT
- organizational and human resources management Skills, Leadership skills
- experience in a larger international operating group or one of the larger Audit Firms
- good Communication Skills
- helicopter view
- experience: minimum 4 years
