Logistics Specialist (m/f) - Zagreb

Our client is well known international FMCG company. For their office in Zagreb, we are currently looking for:

Logistics Specialist (m/f)

Responsibilities:

Organizes optimal delivery of products from factories to the distributors.

• controls the factories stocks and production forecast
• analyze stock situation in supplying factories (D,IRL,B,I)
• analyze short and long term production forecasting
• checks for delays and/or discrepancies and reacts with central planning in order to avoid it
• by taking consideration of distributor order, truck saturation, timing and freshness organizes delivery
• verify factory invoices
• checks all accompanying documents from the factories for each delivery

Handling of obsolete packaging

• check of the obsolete report
• alignment with marketing regarding decision
• comparison to our production plan and inform factories about our decisions

Reporting

• Provides the Finance Department with data concerning deliveries in order to allow the Weekly Sales reporting activity and, if necessary, act as backup for HFM weekly planning

Problem solving / share of information

• provide ad-hoc information to all requesting parties (internal and external)
• resolve issues within own responsibility area

Requirements:

• Graduate of Financial/Economic college
• Experience in similar positions
• PC knowledge
• SAP program knowledge preferred
• Croatian and English language are required
• Communication skills
• Initiative and agility
