Junior Key Account Manager m/f
for Infant Nutrition.

What would be your responsibilities as Junior Key Account Manager?

On this position, you will manage, plan, negotiate and execute sales plans for your client. You will manage expenditures that promote our brands and products and have a responsibility to ensure the long term sustainability of the brands and products. Managing the relationship between our company and the customer is a big responsibility. As a Junior KAM you have to develop unique ways to grow the business and long term relationship with your customer and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges .You must search for the uncovered category opportunity at your customer and build a plan to convince them to “win” with our brands. You also need to be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingencies to overcome them. As a Junior KAM, you need to be completely aware of all activities at your customers stores and you need to feel a sense of ownership of the execution in every store. Company's brands should be at the heart of everything that you do as a Junior KAM. You should have a solid knowledge of our brands, their values, positioning, target consumers and personality. You must also be analytical and go beyond the numbers to find the real insight that will be the key to growing our brands with your customer. You also need to have a clear and concise communication with your retail teams in the field, as well as other departments in the company. Your success as a Junior KAM relies heavily on their work.

Profile of the candidate

  • University degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience on sameposition, preferably in FMCG branch
  • Proactive, communicative, result focused and team oriented personality
  • Strongly developed negotiation and presentational skills
  • Developed organizational and time management skills
  • Developed analytical, strategic and problem solving skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
  • Active knowledge of English ( both written and spoken)
