Sales HoReCa Executive (m/f)
Location: Zadar, Croatia
Tasks / Responsibilities
- Daily field work responsibilities at Zadar mainly in HoReCa channel
- Achieving company budget plans and actively managing sales basics (distribution, visibility, pricing, promoting)
- Strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Work compliance with field sales standards
- Full responsibility for sales budget of dedicated region
- Ensure that all policies, strategies and procedures are understood, communicated and complied with
Expectations / Requirements
- Preferably University degree
- Preferably 2 year excellence in sales in FMCG environment (sales experience in beverages/spirits industry is a plus)
- Understanding of the local business environment and dynamics
- Customer, consumer & brand focused
- Excellent numerical and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Active usage of MS Office programs
- Valid Driving license (B category)
