Opis posla:

Under general supervision of the Communication Officer, provides daily support in the office and assists in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of advocacy and communication strategy to promote children�s rights and to facilitate fund raising.

The incumbent will cover the following duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing the communication plan
- Assist in the production of on line content
- Oversee timely dissemination of information and communication materials to target audience on line
- Assist in preparing background information, communication and other promotional and advocacy materials, including photographs and audio-visual videos materials
- Coordinate logistic and administrative arrangements for special events
- Maintain and update documentation centre for publications

Ostali uvjeti:: - University education (preferably social sciences)
- Two years of experience in communications, marketing, fundraising, development or project management
- Ability to research, analyze, evaluate and synthesize information
- Excellent command of English and Croatian, written and spoken
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, experience in working with CMS is an advantage
- Experience of work in an international setting is an advantage
- Knowledge of rights-based programming is an asset
