SELECTIO, together with our international consortium partners, is looking for various labour market experts for implementation of technical assistance projects in Croatia, funded by European Commission, in the area of labour market development through establishment of local partnerships for employment. Our consortium consists of distinguished international consulting companies, with extensive global and local experience in development projects, especially in the area of labour market development.

Project purpose:
To refine and develop at counties level an institutional framework (based on partnerships) for the human resource development and strengthen capacities of local stakeholders to design and implement active labour market policy.

Human resources development and Labour market expert (m/f)

Duration and location:

• At least 225 working days over 20 months
• Experts will be located in 3 Croatian counties with extensive travelling throughout Croatia
• Planned project start: January 2010

Qualifications and skills:

• university degree
• fluency in both written and spoken English
• computer literacy

General professional experience:

• preferably 10 years of professional experience in the field of labour market, but a minimum of 7 years required
• 5 years of professional experience in the field of Human resources development.

Specific professional experience:

• experience in design, implementation and evaluation of active labour market policy measures and human resources development strategies
• experience in capacity building activities
• experience in implementation of project(s) funded within the framework of European Social Fund
