 Sales Manager for Croatia (m/f)

 

responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate strategies and business models for relevant channels
  • Create and execute sales plans
  • Successfully manage budgets to achieve objectives
  • Ensure implementation of agreed marketing activities
  • Maintain and develop relationship with our partners and customers
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities
  • Lead the team and develop them to the right level of competences
  • profile

  • University or College degree, preferably in Economics
  • 2-3 years of experience in managerial positions in sales
  • Overall knowledge of consumers and customers  
  • Cost and commercial awareness
  • Result focus and service orientation
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  •  

    The position is based in Zagreb and reports to NP Country Business Manager in Croatia.
