We are in a search for a person that will be searching for the rest of our growing crew from now on. We need a ‘people person’, an arm for crying when we have tough times, a helpful friend for our managers in their role of leading people, a ‘mother’ kind of person to show care and appreciation, to sooth us when needed and, at the same time, to be an authority and stand above each of us until we all do the tasks in our professional and personal development domain. We need a person who will be our both search and movement engine in our further development. Google (engine) and Tesla (engine) kind of person. As sophisticated and as powerful as latter.

HR Specialist (soon to be(come) HR manager) (m/f)


  • Designing and implementing HR strategy and processes from scratch (recruitment and selection, onboarding, mentoring, education and development, team activities, setting foundations for measuring performance (setting goals, yearly reviews))
  • Recruitment and selection on daily basis due to our growing tendency
  • Conducting regular HR activities (both individual and team (e.g. gatherings, coaching sessions, education and workshops, sports, engaging to attend events of relevance (IT community, local events etc.))
  • Providing support, information, advice and suggestions to all team members to make them work more at ease


  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience
  • Human resources working background and with high interest for further developing in this area
  • Working in IT industry or in the startup environment is an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining regular HR activities
  • Ability to work on their own, but to collaborate daily with managers
  • Skills for presenting to the management board
  • Very good level of English (written and spoken)
