Our client is OTP Bank, one of the leading banks in Croatia. Currently, they are in the process of expanding their digital team and are searching for an analytical and motivated person on the position of:
Digital Data Analyst (m/f)
Location: Zagreb, Zadar
Main responsibilities:
- Analysing user behaviour data with the aim of improving digital campaigns based on Google Analytics data
- Executing the analytical transformation and implementation of BI tools
- Focusing on conversion rate optimization
- Building up and implementing digital personalization concept
- Using agile methodology and prescriptive analytics
- Supporting the organization with various data and ad-hoc analysis
- Bringing innovation to the team by testing new data solutions and ideas
- Support the marketing team with your education, knowledge and skills and letting the team learn from you
Required skills, knowledge, and experience:
- University degree, math/numerical background is an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of basic data analysis concepts
- Ability to interpret and report results
- Experience working with very large data sets
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Hotjar
- Knowledge of at least one of the following data visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik
- MS Excel advanced knowledge (Analysis ToolPak, Pivot tables, graphs) is an advantage
- Good sense of understanding and analysing business processes and requirements
- Working knowledge of data exploration and analysis technique
- Knowledge of business English, both in spoken and written communication
