Spa trainer (m/f)

Job description

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- This person works independently on performing the tasks
- Conducting performance diagnostics, take metabolic measurements, provide personal training
- Developing individual training plans and providing professional equipment support
- Having sound knowledge in measuring and assessing heart rates
- Planning and conducting workshops, seminars, and presentations on current fitness topics such as nutrition, cardiovascular training, sports as a preventative measure
- Professionally conducting all activities in the Body & Soul Sport area such as those offered in weekly class schedule, e.g., aerobics, step, Indoor Cycling, back exercises, Pilates, BBP, Flexi Bar, Zumba, and XCO
- Being a professional contact for guests and represent AIDA well
- Providing service-oriented advice and strive to successfully sell all fee-based offers and products
- Supervising sauna area, conducting professional sauna infusions
- Catering to guests
- Developing sales-oriented events and specials in coordination with the Spa Manager
- Regularly participating in continuing education
- Actively cross-selling
- Booking appointments and making sales using the computerized reservation and cash register system
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul area
