Job description

We are expanding our Dickey’s team with a new colleague to collaborate in the development team. We're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our growing team of experts in Rijeka, Croatia.

Dickey’s BBQ is the biggest barbecue chain in the world and all the IT development is done here, at our Croatian office, using cutting-edge technologies. The team ranges from software engineers, designers, scrum master, QA and support engineers to business folks who collaborate in an agile environment allowing for increased flexibility.

The job:
As an SEO Specialist, you will be analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to the websites so they are optimized for search engines.

This includes:
- Maximizing the traffic to a site by improving page rank within search engines
- Ensure the consistent application SEO best practices across web properties
- Support content campaigns that drive traffic from targeted keywords to increase leads and drive clicks
- Update, maintain and distribute SEO documentation
- Support, implement and report on link building strategies

Your profile:
- You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility
- You are familiar with modern development best practices and can learn complex technologies quickly
- You are product-focused and understand the balance between speed of delivery and quality
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and are adaptable to new business demands
- You have strong English skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent is beneficial

Requirements:
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization
- Good working knowledge of CMS in terms of creation and modification of digital contents, with focus on Strapi
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS programming language
- Experience working with JavaScript, preferably React.js
- Experience with SEO audit tools

Languages: english (advanced)
