WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an E-commerce Key Account Manager who will coordinate EMEA marketplaces and key online B2B accounts business activities and be responsible for planning and executing B2B channel strategy and achieving business objectives.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT FOREO

  • B2B Account Management: managing eTailers and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay (EMEA region), relationship management, negotiating, managing price alignments throughout the markets, arranging commercial terms and conditions to achieve set goals
  • Channel Marketing: defining and executing a yearly marketing plan
  • Marketing analytics: making sure the performance is tracked; measuring and reporting ROI
  • Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting
  • Product assortment management
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, logistics and finance teams
  • Searching for new online sales channels in EMEA
  • Coordinating and executing new eTailers and marketplaces launches
  • Setting up KPIs, driving analysis of eRetailer’s performances and draw recommendations
  • Content management: analysing eTailers websites and creating plans for improvement and execution
  • Team management: overseeing the work of other six team members
 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or a related discipline
  • Knowledgeable in eCommerce, merchandising and marketplace management
  • Experience in Key Account management, sales, and marketing
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal
