What will be your task
- Build the Sales Strategy for the country and implement action plans to maximize opportunities for generating profitable sales growth, commensurate with the potential of the local market
- Drive efficient sales operations to ensure achievement of sales targets through maximized business opportunities
- Lead and develop the Sales team through coaching, influencing and performance management
- Manage the Sales budget and overall the activities in the Sales department
- Ensure planning and forecasting of sales targets achievement while following the market trends affecting competitiveness
Whom we are looking for
- University educated candidate
- Person with strong expertise in selling / direct selling and understanding of FMCG industry is required
- Person who can coordinate and manage sales priorities across functions
- Has at least 5 years of experience on people management position and possess strong team leadership skills
