For our client, a successful international company in FMCG industry, we are currently looking for a motivated professional on the position of:

Key Account Manager (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of company marketing and sales strategy, while developing excellent relationship with clients
  • Sales planning and delivering the results, finding solutions to cover potential gaps
  • Preparation, execution and evaluation of the activities presented by local marketing according to the prepared activity plan at client
  • Budget management
  • Solving of the daily issues within the client to ensure smooth trading
  • Regular reporting of the client development (sales, market shares, profitability, KPI´s)

Key accountabilities:

  • University degree (preferably Marketing, Economics or Management)
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG (of which minimum 1 year in Key Account Management)
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse market data and convey the learning into the practice
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility, ambition, initiative and orientation towards results
  • Ability to work within a team
