Key Account Manager for Xiaomi Ecosystem Portfolio (m/f)

Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage all sales activities and relationship with Retail / Sub-Distributor accounts to increase top line sales, develop the category and lead Xiaomi Ecosystem Portfolio in order to become the most relevant player in the industry. He/she will be accountable for volume, promotional activities, Xiaomi Ecosystem brands and category development within following channels: Retail stores, Telekom Operators, Distributors. The position requires senior level sales experience with both large carrier accounts as well as alternative service providers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Meet and exceed volume and market share objectives.
  • Manage channel promo calendar according to annual budget plan at the right price calendar and frequency.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with main company in negotiating with Key Account buyer to maximize sales distribution, vertical and horizontal distribution, new product listing, point of sale placement, consumer promotion programs and additional displays execution within the trade spend budget.
  • Work with Key Account sales team to expand new distribution and enhance customer relationships
  • Monitor and coach training merchandiser team to ensure instore compliance and develop incentive program to increase in-store display.
  • Collect and analyze all marketing information.
  • Create and present customer proposals and offerings.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales and Sales planning in a retail, wholesalers or general electronics distributor sales environment and/or Telekom operators
  • Proven knowledge of distributors and retail customers
  • Able to work independently while being a team player
  • Understanding the Business, Multitasking / Hands-On
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and skills for operate sales projects from opportunities to contract
  • Collaboration skills with a wide variety of people
  • Computer skills
  • Driver’s license
  • Fluent in Croatian written and spoken with good knowledge of English
