For strengthening of our team we are currently looking for:
Operations Finance Manager (m/f)
Ensure organization wide compliance with accounting principles and internal control requirements to ensure provision of timely and accurate financial information, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and any other related information
Responsible for research and recommends solutions regarding accounting issues
Responsible for preparation and updating of the company financial model covering P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. Drives annual Budget Review process as well as Quarterly Profit Review (QPR) exercises
Responsible for reconciliations between forecast and actual results for P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
Following separation from the commercial unit assume responsibility for company’s treasury operations. Manage cash and borrowing facilities and continuously monitor foreign exchange
Responsible for delivery of Croatian statutory accounts
Coordinate implementation of audit recommendations and ensure safeguarding of company assets is properly reflected and implemented in our risk management program
Improve internal service levels and reduce cost of the financial planning and control activity
Enhance utilization and functionality of SAP system in collaboration with IT / GSD team
Build benchmarking with attention for cost cutting / reduction and productivity improvements
Master’s degree in economics
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
Experience working in large global organization with thorough knowledge in specific FMCG processes
Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics and project evaluation
Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, i.e. SAP/HFM/BI/BCP
Fluent in English
Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills
