Commercial and Sales Coordinator - CSS CEE (m/f)

The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.

Commercial and Sales Coordinator - CSS CEE (m/f)

Region: Croatia or Slovenia

Full time unlimited

Ensures application of available and newly developed tools to support Commercial Excellence of all CSS Business Units. Assists sales team in the administration, implementation and tracking of sales activities and programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting Commercial Excellence of CSS CEE organization
  • Contracts compliance – tracking needed approvals, implementation and contract commitment fulfilment
  • Distributor contracts – ensuring contract validity and compensation compliance per Distributor’s Compensation Playbook (targets & bonuses approvals, contracts, accruals, credit notes)
  • Reporting on tender success – collecting and analyzing data on BW tender success and contract utilization
  • Supporting CSS Sales and Marketing Organization in SE
  • Assisting team with Hubble adoption
  • Managing samples, demos and other equipment per SOPs and business needs
  • Pricing administration – setting and ensuring proper validity of: NPI, base/advanced/tender/special prices (AFA, Cignon)
  • Managing customer related requests: new customers entry, updating customer data, creating offers for customers per business request and SOP, tracking credit notes, consignment, inventory
  • Support to promotional activities – promo materials approvals and printing/ordering, promo events execution in alignment with marketing
  • Organization of sales team meetings, accommodation, flight tickets
  • Fulfill other tasks or duties set by direct manager

Core competencies required for this role:

  • Completed secondary/university education with 1 year experience in similar position
  • Excellent pc skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), databases, internal systems
  • Structured and well-organized way of work with attention to detail
  • Positive approach to work, willingness to learn new things
  • Advanced knowledge of English

General responsibilities:

  • Meet all applicable quality and compliance requirements (i.e. HCC/HCBI/ANTI-CORRUPTION/FCPA/US-GCC/Privacy/SOX/QA/Safe Fleet)
  • On time reporting of spontaneous adverse events (AE) reports and quality complaints for all products
  • Successfully complete all mandatory training on time
