In order to support our increased presence in the Croatian market we are looking for a highly committed and responsible person to fulfil the function of a

Service Key Accounts Sales (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Creating relationship with Daikin users, ensuring life cycle care for installed units by offering smart services which will result with better systems performance, less energy consumption and healthier environment
  • Creating & closing of the sales deals, contracts for Daikin service (maintenance care packages, commissioning, repairs, replacement)
  • Implementation and sales of the new Daikin service products (Remote monitoring, Energy monitoring, Daikin on site, Stand by Me)
  • Constant observation of the service market and proactive search for new business opportunities
  • Preparation of the service projects (incl. cost planning & cost control)
  • Close cooperation and constant information exchange with the local service manager, service technicians and back office.
  • Give support of the implementation of a CRM system and other digital tools

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical university degree or other education with strong interest in HVAC technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of HVAC and/or service business
  • Sales driven personality with well-developed communication, presentation and commercial skills
  • High level of self-motivation, persistence and organisation skills
  • Pro-active, dynamic and team-oriented personality
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good English skills
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
