NEFA GROUP is an upholstered furniture manufacturer producing quality furniture items for the European market and selling them through its own retail chain. NEFA GROUP is part of a Russian furniture cluster. The Russian-based mother company comprises 3 factories with over 1,000,000 furniture items produced annually and over 1000 retail furniture stores.

NEFA GROUP’s business development plan in Europe envisions a 72,000-annual production by a contemporary furniture factory, and 150 retail stores employing 500 new staff in Europe by 2020.

Driven by its development and extending its operations to Croatian market the company is seeking enthusiastic, proactive and motivated candidates to join our successful team at the following position:

Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f)

APPLY

ACCOUNTING:

  • Setting up accounts chart and cooperation in mapping it to the global /Serbian account chart
  • Setting up product master data and reporting parameters
  • 3.VAT records (KUF/KIF)
  • Posting stocks according to wholesale prices
  • Checking and adopting printing documents (invoices, approvals, purchase calculations, leveling prints, WS / retail, WS / retail, trading book, declarations printout , print of sales contract, leveling printout, fiscal printout
  • Checking booklets and automatic posting

FINANCE:

  • Lease Agreements Risk and Compliance Analysis
  • Lease Agreements Tracking and Reporting
  • Business Case Compliance Check (i.e. prepayments in retail sales; payment method compliance; etc)
  • MS NAV 2017 Finance Key User role (for initial rollout and additional development)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ year’s experience in similar positions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Minimum B level in English language required
  • Advanced ERP user, preferably Navision
  • eBanking advanced user

Head of Logistics (m/f)

APPLY

  • Take overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals in area of logistics with main areas: warehouse, transport and assembly and claims
  • Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop "win-win" strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
  • Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost mode
  • Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions
  • Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization
  • Lead department to develop forecasts for future demand
  • Ensure adherence to all legal requirements in his/her area of responsibility
  • Recruitment and selection in cooperation with HR
  • Reporting to Country Manager and Logistics Director SEE

Qualifications:

  • 3+ year’s experience in similar positions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Minimum B level in English language required
  • Must also have exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Leaderships and Team Management skills are a must

Retail Manager (m/f)

APPLY

  • Provide a leadership that is strong and experienced to lead the Retail Division
  • Support and motivate the team in achieving their KPI's and also their own personal development goals
  • Effectively direct the Retail division to achieving the company's expansion plan
  • Recognize market trend patterns and adjust plans accordingly
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
  • Increase the capability and success of sales force through training activities
  • In cooperation with HR recruiting and training sales staff
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Dealing with some major customer complaints
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to Country Manager

Qualifications:

  • 3+ year’s experience in similar positions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Minimum B level in English language required
  • Must also have exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Must be sales and result driven oriented

Office Manager (m/f)

APPLY

  • Directly support upper management with all administrative and operational support
  • Assist with light scheduling and calendar management
  • Heavy document and file management
  • Track the office inventory and order supplies when needed
  • Communicate with clients and vendors on a regular basis
  • Manage all email correspondence for the office appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with light HR functions
  • Additional duties/projects assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recent Administrative or Office Management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Minimum B level in English language required
  • Must be deadline-driven and detail-oriented
  • Must also have exceptional written/verbal communication skills
