Our client is a member of global software and services company, which is specialized in development of enterprise oriented software applications, especially contact center solutions. They reduce customer service cost, optimize contact center performance and improve customer satisfaction.

For their office in Zagreb, our client is searching for a highly skilled, self-motivated professional, for the position of:

Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a QA Manager to join their engineering team that will be implementing and managing the QA functions. The manager will have an essential role in building and steering the Quality Engineering team with his/her skills and experience to deliver effective testing and ensure that product release objectives are met. He or she should be a strong “hands on” manager with good technical experience, a strong quality advocate, and with a good planning and optimization mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Quality Assurance Software Engineers
  • Promoting quality standards and optimal performance throughout R&D
  • Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are reached
  • Defining comprehensive quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Analyzing performance data and charts, comparing them against KPIs
  • Keeping awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with other teams

Your experience, knowledge and technical skills:

  • 3+ years of proven management experience for QA team, with strong knowledge of QA processes
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing or development is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems environments is an advantage
  • Advanced English language speaking, reading and writing skills
