Human Resources Coordinator (m/f)



Challenges & Opportunities:

  • Responsible for Human Resource Processes in Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Slovenia (BCS markets)
  • Acts as a contributing strategic partner to the leadership in planning, driving and managing organizational changes
  • Activly participates in talent and performance management process focusing on recruiting high caliber professionals, identifying talent, assessing potentials, consistent development planning and coordinating trainings
  • Provides HR support in the areas of employee relations, rewards and recognition
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment with HR internal controls and local laws in markets of Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Slovenia
  • Coordinats payroll process in all three markets by providing the necessary data to the external payroll service and ensuring alignement with internal policies
  • Assists in the process of internal communication to ensure effective information sharing among the Associates
  • Responsible for employees health and safety regulation and process
  • Organization of HR sponsored events & initiatives for local associates
  • Leading team of receptionists for BCS countries

Our expectations

  • Higher education, Economics, Psychology or other HR related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as HR Generalist, preferrably in international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Croatian local labor laws
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detailed, structured and process oriented
  • Open, creative, energetic
  • Proactive and high motivation to achieve results
  • Team-player but able to work independently
