Internal SAP Super User for Finance and/or Controlling (m/f)

In Orbico Group Corporate Finance, Controlling and IT we are currently in progress major projects ERP implementation SAP and NAV. For SAP we are looking for:

Internal SAP Super User for Finance and/or Controlling (m/f)
(Zagreb)

Your responsibilities:

  • Part of Orbico’s Group IT team, introducing and supporting SAP rollouts for our subsidiaries
  • Main focus on processes in Finance and/or Controlling (modules FI/CO)
  • Member of project implementation team, supporting project key members, outsourced SAP consultants (ICT Support organization) and local Business, in following areas:
    • Gathering and defining the business requirements
    • Preparing and conducting of Key- and End-user training sessions
    • End-user documentation/manual creation
    • Verification of project documentation (BBP and customization)
    • Defining test-cases and supporting business in test management
    • Supporting the business in quality check of Master data before data migration
    • Second level support during cutover phase and after go-live
    • Lead SAP incident management, tickets in the Service-Desk-Tool, in compliance with the defined service levels.
    • Monitoring and troubleshooting of automated process chains (interfaces) from and to SAP R3
    • Support of the local business organization in the definition of new and the adaption and improvement of existing business processes within SAP R3 and the legacy application landscape
    • Support of the ICT Support organization in the testing of new and changed business processes within SAP R3

Requirements & experience:

  • Deep Knowledge in business processes in the area of Finance and Controlling
  • Experience with the specific legal, financial and commercial requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience full lifecycle SAP project implementations and/or roll-outs working with the SAP standard modules FI/CO is advantage
  • Possess excellent FI and/or CO technical capabilities as core - This includes understanding about data model and process framework
  • Integration from SD and MM into Finance module are well known
  • Experience in working with a Service-Desk-Tool and related processes (incident and request management)
  • Travel – 30%
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
