Product Delivery Manager (m/f)

The CloudSense Product Team is responsible for delivering and supporting the software components that comprise our industry-leading sales and full lifecycle order management platforms.

As a Product Delivery Manager within the Product Team you will work with Product Managers, Architects, Developers and Testers to facilitate the effective and timely delivery of these software products.

Specifically you will:
- Work with Product Management to agree and articulate planned deliverables for each sprint
- Coordinate all product-level design, development and test activities to maintain a regular and predictable release cadence
- Facilitate regular product stand-ups, set priorities, and work to resolve impediments to progress
- Organise and facilitate key elements of the sprint delivery process, e.g. planning meetings, retrospectives, and show & tell sessions
- Ensure delivery and support processes are adhered to and relevant systems kept up-to-date
- Ensure the Head of Product Delivery and Head of Product management are appraised of status by participating in weekly checkpoint meetings and providing updates as required
- Review and prioritise all incoming support requests, and decide upon optimal route to resolution

Uvjeti

This role will suit highly motivated individuals who are comfortable working in teams that may be spread across a number of different locations. In addition you will:
- Be a clear communicator and team player
- Be able to work under your own initiative
- Be able to write documents in clear English
- Have a talent for problem solving and a well-organised approach to work

Must-have:
- 4+ years software or project delivery experience in a technical or managerial role
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment, and an understanding of agile delivery principles
- Experience managing and/or coordinating the activities of a cross-functional delivery team
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical problems and confidence to probe proposed solutions to such problems for gaps, edge cases and compliance with standards and requirements
- Proven ability to make decisions relating to task priorities
- Proven ability to recognise and articulate potential impediments to success, i.e. issues & risks

Desirable:
- experience working in a software engineering role / environment
- Scrum Master training and/or certification
- Project management training and/or certification
- Exposure to or experience working with Salesforce
- Background in software development
- Experience working with common config management tools such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, etc
