Service Coordinator (m/f)
Are you interested in
- being the one person who has the full overview on all customer requests and orders?
- being the one who follows up all current service activities to make sure that we keep our high quality standards in service and we meet our commitments?
- answering to colleagues and customers who call in to request service?
- being the friendly, proactive organizational talent who likes to keep everything under control?
- taking the responsibility for ordering parts and coordinating activities as well as ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs?
- planning the work schedules of the service technicians together with your service dispatcher?
- working in a team?
Do you bring along
- working experience at a similar position (2-3 years at least)?
- a high affinity to technical environments?
- a customer centred mindset?
- a professional and sovereign appearance when representing Daikin to our customers on the phone?
- ability to work under pressure and a systematic working approach?
- computer skills (MS Office) are a must, English language skills and experience with SAP are definitely an advantage
