Job Summary

Asset manager is accountable for delivering a broad and deep relationship with clients, ensuring a longer term strategic relationship is maintained. Position requires strongly motivated person able to meet expectations and to take hands-on approach to problem solving by using the initiative and available resources to provide proposals and solutions. Proactive monitoring and managing clients in collection process of legal entities, capable to achieve successful communication with all involved as well as cooperation with internal and external parties, collateral holders and investors. Debt collection proposals plans, analysis of selling and collecting individual receivables, negotiation and reports.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To proactively manage cases providing the highest standards in customer relationship
  • Responsibility for establishing successful business cooperation with all involved parties in debt process, maintaining long term strategic relationship
  • Providing professional evaluation of cases and preparing client’s recovery strategy
  • Daily communication with all involved sides
  • Implementation and managing activities to deliver increased value
  • Repayment plans with emphasis of more efficient debt collection and reduction of unsettled claims
  • Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities
  • Performing administrative tasks according to job requirements
  • Preparing and expounding reports
  • Proactivly resolving client’s requests
  • Participating in takeover and analyzing of documentation of purchased portfolios
  • Cooperation with legal advisors and follow up on the ongoing proceedings
  • Monitors and coordinates clients accounts and activities from collection process

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in economy
  • 1-3 years experience in the financial sector or companies that have a financial background
  • Proficient English

Skills and specifications:

  • Knowledge of financial terminology
  • Familiar with collection process and collaterals – advantage
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational competences
  • Disciplined time management and ability to work in dynamic environment
  • Excellent proposal writing and analytical skills
  • Professionalism, independence

Technical skills:

  • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office

Readiness to travel:

  • Preferably
